About the Role
AbbVie is seeking a Market Access Manager for Immunology to manage cross-functional task forces, ensure pricing and reimbursement strategies, and collaborate with medical and government affairs.

Responsibilities
- Manage cross functional task forces to elaborate key insights for new products (prior to Phase 3) and help better tailor clinical development to ensure optimized access and price.
- Ensure pricing and reimbursement at national and local level is aligned to and leverages other commercial strategies in order to meet or exceed affiliate plan.
- Work closely with other functions such as Medical and Government Affairs to build networks, understanding and close partnerships with key decision makers and leverage influence through joint programs of action in order to maximize AbbVie brands success.
- Ensure close collaboration with Area and Global and maintain awareness and understanding of the impact of local affiliate decisions on AbbVie’s global business and vice versa in order to ensure Area and Global strategies and tactics are aligned with those of the Affiliate to meet both, local and Area/Global needs to maximize momentum on delivering brand performance.
- Anticipate and influence Contracting and Tendering situations and develop strategies in order to deal with C&T challenges and maximize their opportunities for the business.
- Develop, lead and coach direct reports (if applicable)
- May, as member of the Affiliate Management Team in SBU/MBU affiliates (if applicable), role model AbbVie WWW behavior and enable the Brand Team matrix to work in order to achieve high quality strategy and execution capability in all allocated brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree in Market Access, Health Economics, Public Health, or Business is a plus.
- Saudi national is required.
- Relevant experience in Market Access, Key Account Management, Sales Management, Field Management, or a similar commercially focused role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior exposure to Immunology, Dermatology, Specialty Care, or other complex therapy areas is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare environment, including payer dynamics, access pathways, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of health economics, pricing principles, value proposition development, and access strategy.
- Ability to translate complex clinical, economic, and access related information into clear, practical messages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to access planning, pricing discussions, and cross functional business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, including Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, and other business teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution oriented, and able to simplify complex topics while driving initiatives forward.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
