Job Summary
- Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results driven Telesales Representative to generate sales opportunities through outbound calling.
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Ideal candidate: excellent communication skills, customer focused, able to promote ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50–60 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers using approved sales scripts.
- Identify customer requirements, present relevant products and services, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Qualify prospects and coordinate with field sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Develop strong understanding of company's ERP solutions.
- Process customer orders and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and key insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ERP business processes and modules such as CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate product and service offerings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Effective negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Goal oriented mindset with passion for achieving sales targets.
