- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure
- Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and follow up discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/ERP system
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or inside sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of ERP solutions or business software is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred

Role Overview
