About the Role
Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for an ERP Pre-Sales Consultant to support the sales team by understanding client requirements and recommending ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of ERP pre-sales experience, preferably with ERPNext, and strong presentation skills.

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and functional requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze workflows to recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the capabilities and business value of ERP solutions
- Collaborate with the Sales team to design tailored ERP solutions that align with customer needs
- Provide functional expertise during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, solution documents, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tender requests
- Address customer queries and support the Sales team with functional and solution related discussions
- Participate in proof of concept (POC) activities and solution validation when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Support business development initiatives by identifying customer opportunities and contributing to revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or a similar role
- Hands on experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes including Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience preparing solution proposals, customer presentations, and supporting sales initiatives
- Excellent documentation and requirement analysis skills

Job Summary
- Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer focused ERP Pre Sales Consultant to support the sales team by understanding client business requirements and recommending the most suitable ERP solutions. Experience with ERPNext is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Hands on experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes, including Finance, Human Resources, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with the capability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
- Experience preparing solution proposals, customer presentations, and supporting sales initiatives.
- Excellent documentation and requirement analysis skills.
- Self motivated, customer focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
