About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and identifying business opportunities
- Promote the company's ERP solutions by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and business value
- Recommend suitable ERP solutions based on customers' business needs
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects
- Work closely with Sales and Implementation teams to support business development initiatives
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling, and customer retention
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity records in CRM and ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Basic understanding of ERP solutions or business processes is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Self motivated, proactive, and target oriented with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

- Track sales activities, lead status, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
- Record customer interactions, follow up activities, and sales updates in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to improve sales performance.
