Job Overview

  • Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a passionate and results driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and follow up discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or inside sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP solutions or business software is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
