Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable ERP solutions and services.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to create new sales opportunities.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
  • Schedule product demonstrations or coordinate qualified leads with the sales team when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's ERP solutions, including CRM, HRMS, Accounts, Trading, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Process customer orders and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow up activities to support sales reporting and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP business processes and modules such as CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and passionate about sales.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
