About the Role
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking an ERP Pre-Sales Consultant to support business development by understanding client requirements and recommending ERP solutions. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and operational requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze business workflows to recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations highlighting features, functionality, and business value
- Collaborate with Sales team to design and propose tailored ERP solutions
- Provide functional guidance during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, solution documents, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
- Address customer queries and support Sales team in technical and functional discussions
- Participate in proof of concept (POC) activities and solution validation when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities
- Stay updated with ERPNext features, product enhancements, and industry best practices
- Monitor competitor solutions and market trends to strengthen solution positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or similar role
- Hands on experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Experience supporting sales initiatives, preparing solution proposals, and delivering customer presentations
- Self motivated, customer focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities – Pre Sales & Solution Consulting
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and operational requirements.
