Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50–60 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions and services.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads to create new business opportunities.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate qualified leads with the field sales team when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's ERP solutions, including CRM, HRMS, Accounts, Trading, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Process customer orders and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow up activities to support sales reporting and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Basic understanding of ERP business processes and modules such as CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and confidently communicate solutions to customers.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude with the resilience to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Target driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
