Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in ERP pre sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or related role
- Experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and customer focused ERP Pre Sales Consultant to support business development and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Pre Sales & Solution Consulting
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze business workflows to identify suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations showcasing ERP capabilities and business benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose tailored ERP solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Provide functional and technical guidance during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, solution documents, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Address customer queries and support the sales team in handling objections and solution related discussions.
- Participate in proof of concept activities and solution validation exercises where required.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations and project feasibility.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and value propositions for target industries.
Market Research & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on ERPNext features, product enhancements, and emerging industry trends.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market developments to strengthen solution positioning.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
- Experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Human Resources, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and value driven ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation abilities.
- Proven ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to business growth.
- Self motivated, customer focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
