Job Summary

  • Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and customer focused ERP Pre Sales Consultant to support business development and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Pre Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze business workflows to identify suitable ERP solutions.
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations showcasing ERP capabilities and business benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose tailored ERP solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, solution documents, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Address customer queries and support the sales team in handling objections and solution related discussions.
  • Participate in proof of concept activities and solution validation exercises where required.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations and project feasibility.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and value propositions for target industries.

Market Research & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on ERPNext features, product enhancements, and emerging industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market developments to strengthen solution positioning.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions will be highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Human Resources, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical and value driven ERP solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to business growth.
  • Self motivated, customer focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
