Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Influence customers to buy products by following a prepared script.
- Initiate and follow up on the sales process from initial contact through closure.
- Document and update all activity through the CRM.
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads by calling them.
- Meet daily and quarterly sales targets through calling.
- Submit daily and monthly reports of activities completed.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer service-related queries in person and by phone.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,500 per month.
- Performance-based incentives are provided in addition to salary.
Experience and Language
- Two years of telesales experience is preferred.
- English language ability is preferred.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
