Key Responsibilities
- Handle organic client accounts generated through direct website sales without a sales code.
- Implement and execute customer needs, feedback, and requests.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and packaging departments to meet customer business and operational needs.
- Identify service issues and coordinate long-term solutions with other departments.
- Improve client retention, customer satisfaction, and the overall customer journey.
- Assist with escalated cancellations, item changes, and plan pauses after the cutoff.
- Identify process improvements, implement solutions, and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Ensure monthly and annual Moments KPIs are met and operations run smoothly.
- Manage social media communities, including questions and direct messages on Instagram and Facebook.
- Take corrective actions based on Brand KPI reports and monitor progress.
- Support marketing and product development campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor competitors and consumer insights, manage brand ambassador performance, and handle ad hoc duties.
Experience and Language
- Two years of customer service experience is preferred.
- One year of e-commerce experience is preferred.
- English is preferred, and Arabic is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
