Role Overview
Support customers with debt management needs through telephone communication.
Explain company services, assist with debt restructuring, and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
The role involves contacting existing or potential prospects with the aim of closing sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales role.
- A successful track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Close sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
- Gather data and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Present products confidently over the phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Address service queries and resolve them tactfully.
Compensation
- The role pays up to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
