CreditCare Credit Management LLC is hiring a Senior Customer Service Agent (Sales) in Dubai, UAE.
The role handles customer inquiries, promotes credit and financial services, and helps clients manage repayments or debt restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer support.
- Promote financial products and close leads.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately update customer records in the CRM.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complaints.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in finance or credit.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Be target-driven, a team player, and a confident negotiator.
- Familiarity with UAE credit management practices is a bonus.
- Basic computer and CRM software skills.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Salary up to AED 3,800 per month, based on experience.
- Sales incentives and commissions are offered.
- Employment visa and health insurance are provided.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
