The role focuses on telephone-based customer outreach and telesales for debt management services.
The representative explains services, assists with debt restructuring, and guides customers toward suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed while handling rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Job Role
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Close sales deals over the phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Gather data and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up to meet sales quotas and support future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Present products confidently over the phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Answer service-related queries and resolve them tactfully.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is full-time, permanent, and performed in person.
