The role contacts customers by phone and helps them with debt management needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales role.
- A proven record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly and professionally.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Excellent telephone and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Close sales deals over the phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Gather data and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Present products confidently over the phone.
- Answer service-related queries and resolve customer concerns tactfully.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as up to AED 3,000 per month and also as AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
