Role Overview

Content and Social Media Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit daily videos and vlogs.
• Manage and grow the company presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative strategies for lead generation.
• Create engaging content aligned with the brand.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics and adjust strategies.
• Manage content production from concept to publishing.
• Stay current with social media and content creation trends.

Website and Digital Duties

• Update website text, images, blog posts, banners, product listings, and service listings.
• Ensure website links and pages function properly.
• Maintain the website using CMS tools such as WordPress or Shopify, or by collaborating with developers.
• Optimize content for SEO and user experience.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams on promotions.
• Handle basic email marketing or newsletters when needed.
• Assist with digital campaigns and launches and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Skills in photography, videography, and video editing are required.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms is required.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands is required.
• Strong communication and content writing skills are required.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms is required.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace is preferred.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools are required.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a bonus.
• Experience generating leads through digital content is a plus.
• The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and able to work independently.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
