Role Overview
The role focuses on telesales for debt management services.
The representative contacts existing and potential customers and helps them identify suitable financial solutions.
Requirements
- Proven telesales or sales experience is required.
- A successful record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone, is required.
- Excellent English, communication, interpersonal, phone, and presentation skills are required.
- Candidates should be calm when handling rejection and possess strong negotiation and issue-resolution skills.
Job Role
- Contact potential or existing customers to explain products and services.
- Assist customers with debt restructuring and debt management needs.
- Close phone-based sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Gather data, generate leads, and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain call and sales records and note useful information.
- Answer service queries and resolve complaints tactfully.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as up to AED 3,000 per month in one section and AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month in another section.
