Job Description
CreditCare Credit Management LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Dubai team.
The role handles customer inquiries, provides support, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and fluency in English are required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is up to AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience.
- Visa, medical coverage, and other benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
Employment Terms
- The posting states full-time and permanent employment and also lists a 24-month contract length.
