The role supports customers, handles inquiries, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Three years of sales experience are required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
- Fluent English is required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is up to AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Visa, medical, and other benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law.
Workplace
- The position is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
