Maintain kitchen equipment as instructed by the Supervisor while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
About You
- Hold a technical degree, equivalent certificate, apprenticeship, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Have a minimum of two years of work experience in the hotel industry.
- Have technical know-how and basic knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment operation and maintenance.
- Know the safe operation of different types of kitchen equipment.
- Have basic knowledge of Freon handling, brazing, and gas cylinder handling.
- Read and interpret safety rules, Lockout Tagout and JSA information, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
