About the Job

Operational Leadership

• Oversee housekeeping functions across six properties, including guest rooms, suites, public areas, recreational facilities, and indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Conduct daily and random inspections with Housekeeping Managers to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and operational compliance.
• Monitor occupancy and ensure full room inventory readiness during periods of high demand.
• Coordinate housekeeping repairs and maintenance with the Engineering Department.
• Control master keys according to hotel key management protocols.
• Review arrival, VIP, and conference guest lists and prepare required arrangements and amenities.

Financial and Business Management

• Participate in annual departmental operating budgets and financial plans.
• Prepare departmental business plans and budgets aligned with cluster operational goals.
• Monitor expenses, labor costs, inventories, and procurement of linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, amenities, machinery, and equipment.
• Submit monthly reports covering operating expenses, guest laundry revenue, and housekeeping asset and inventory controls.

Staff Management and Development

• Manage staffing requirements, schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation across all six hotels.
• Set performance standards and development goals for housekeeping team members.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, training, conflict resolution, and career development support.
• Ensure staff training covers safety regulations, hygiene standards, and job-specific procedures.

Quality, Compliance, and Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across hotel areas in compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and machinery.
• Maintain inventory and stock controls to prevent shortages and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with security and workplace safety teams to maintain safe working conditions.

About You

• Prior managerial experience in a hospitality setting is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Good organizational skills and understanding of business are required.
• Attention to detail and a flexible, hands-on attitude are required.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is required.
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
