The Distribution Manager owns and optimizes the cluster’s full distribution ecosystem.
The role coordinates distribution, digitalization, and booking-funnel optimization across Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and IT.
Distribution Scope
- Manage electronic channels, third-party partners, metasearch, brand channels, and direct booking touchpoints.
- Maximize conversion, protect margin, and grow direct and loyalty bookings.
- Combine channel management with conversion rate optimization, PMS maintenance, and digital product ownership.
- Own the booking funnel for rooms and ancillary revenue streams.
- Define and track metrics and KPIs for revenue operations performance and value.
- Develop talent and succession plans for the revenue operations function.
About You
- A Hotel Management degree specialized in Revenue Management and Distribution is required.
- Ten years of hospitality experience is required, preferably in a cluster or complex setting.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, analytical, and computer skills are required.
- Technical proficiency with revenue operations tools and systems is required.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success, and analytics platforms is required.
