About the Job
The Kids Club Attendant creates a safe, fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for children participating in Kids Club activities.
The role includes child supervision, activity organization, health and safety compliance, and guest service for children and parents.
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with children in a hotel, resort, childcare center, school, or recreational environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, patient, and responsible personality.
- Childcare, education, recreation, or hospitality-related certification is an advantage.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club.
- Supervise children participating in Kids Club activities.
- Organize age-appropriate recreational and educational activities.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest service to children and their parents.
