The Guest Relations Agent ensures exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs throughout their stay.
The role provides personalized assistance, resolves inquiries and issues, and creates memorable guest experiences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, and special occasions.
- Handle inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Check guest comfort and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Liaise with hotel departments to coordinate seamless guest services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential guest records.
- Assist with VIP arrivals and departures, room escorts, and personalized amenities.
- Collaborate with Front Office on check-in and check-out processes.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and policies.
- Assist with special projects and assigned tasks.
Skills, Experience and Education
- Guest relations, concierge, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving ability and professionalism and empathy in difficult situations are required.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Fluent English is required.
- Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, or French proficiency is preferred depending on position requirements.
