The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and order in all assigned areas.
The role manages a team of housekeepers, inspects facilities, schedules shifts, and addresses guest complaints and special requests.
About You
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeepers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, complaint handling, and time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise staff in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment and their proper use and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in all assigned areas.
- Manage, lead, and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Schedule shifts and organize housekeeping tasks and inventory.
- Address guest complaints and special requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Supervise the proper use and maintenance of cleaning products and equipment.
