The hotels offer accommodation, recreation, and guest experiences in the Yas Island destination.
About the Job
Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, explaining hotel amenities and local attractions, and supporting smooth arrivals and departures.
Help create positive first impressions and maintain guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Arrange transportation, including taxi bookings and valet services.
- Respond to inquiries with directions, restaurant recommendations, and other assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and luggage storage area.
- Handle guest requests promptly and assist with valet parking as needed.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to support seamless guest experiences.
- Follow policies covering guest interactions, safety protocols, and confidentiality.
- Support special projects and tasks assigned by supervisory personnel.
Skills, Experience and Education
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service ability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
