About the Role
EFS Facilities Services Group seeks a Technical Trainer to lead technical training and workforce development for facilities management operations in the UAE. You will design and deliver training programs for technicians across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil disciplines.

- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for technicians and operational employees across various FM disciplines.
- Conduct classroom, workshop, and practical hands on training sessions focusing on technical skills development.
- Develop structured learning pathways for technicians, including trade specific competency programs.
- Assess technical skill gaps and recommend training interventions to improve workforce capability and performance.
- Create training materials, technical manuals, presentations, assessments, and competency evaluation tools.
- Conduct technical assessments, practical evaluations, and trade tests for technicians and operational employees.
- Evaluate employee competency levels and maintain technical certification records.
- Support the development of skill matrices and technical competency frameworks.
- Collaborate with FM Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to identify training needs based on operational requirements.
- Ensure training content reflects current maintenance practices, equipment technologies, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to technicians, supervisors, and site teams.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, competency assessments, and certification databases.
Requirements
- Teaching or instructional experience in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), Technical Institutes, Vocational Training Centers, Polytechnics, Engineering Colleges, or Skill Development Centers in India.
- Experience delivering practical technical training to electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, mechanical technicians, civil technicians, and maintenance personnel.
- Strong understanding of technical education methodologies, competency based learning, and vocational training frameworks.
- Experience conducting trade testing, technical assessments, and practical skill evaluations.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
- ITI Instructor Certification, Vocational Training Certification, Train the Trainer Certification, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in technical training, vocational education, ITI instruction, or technical workforce development.
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills in English.

Job Brief
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to lead technical training and workforce development initiatives within our Facilities Management operations in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with hands on teaching or instructional experience, preferably within Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), Technical Institutes, Polytechnics, Vocational Training Centers, or Engineering Training Academies.
- This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering practical technical training programs for blue collar and technical staff, including technicians, supervisors, and operational teams across multiple FM disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, and Facil

Requirement
- Teaching or instructional experience in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), Technical Institutes, Vocational Training Centers, Polytechnics, Engineering Colleges, or Skill Development Centers in India.
- Experience delivering practical technical training to electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, mechanical technicians, civil technicians, and maintenance personnel.
- Strong understanding of technical education methodologies, competency based learning, and vocational training frameworks.
- Experience conducting trade testing, technical assessments, and practical skill evaluations.
- Prior exposure to Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, MEP Services, Industrial Maintenance, or Technical Operations environments will be highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
- ITI Instructor Certification, Vocational Training Certification, Train the Trainer Certification, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in technical training, vocational education, ITI instruction, or technical workforce development.
- Previous experience teaching in ITIs, Polytechnics, Technical Training Institutes, or Skill Development Centers in India is strongly preferred.
- Experience within Facilities Management, MEP, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or Engineering sectors is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills in English.
- Familiarity with e learning platforms, training management systems, and competency based assessment frameworks.
