Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant – Strategy & Operations to support senior leadership for one of our client engagements.
  • This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and structured execution of business priorities.
  • This role operates as a standalone support function working directly with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day executive and coordination support to senior leadership.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow ups.
  • Track action items, decisions, and deliverables across leadership meetings.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communication materials.
  • Maintain high accuracy in documentation, communication, and data tracking.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership reviews, business updates, and internal meetings.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across functions for information flow and follow ups.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify gaps in coordination and proactively follow up to ensure closure.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in executive support, coordination, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or management teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working in a high ownership environment with ability to operate independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in multinational or client facing environments is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
