- 3–6 years of experience in executive support, coordination, PMO, or similar roles
- Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or management teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant – Strategy & Operations to support senior leadership for one of our client engagements.
- This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and structured execution of business priorities.
- This role operates as a standalone support function working directly with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day executive and coordination support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow ups.
- Track action items, decisions, and deliverables across leadership meetings.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communication materials.
- Maintain high accuracy in documentation, communication, and data tracking.
- Support planning and execution of leadership reviews, business updates, and internal meetings.
- Act as a central point of coordination across functions for information flow and follow ups.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Identify gaps in coordination and proactively follow up to ensure closure.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in executive support, coordination, PMO, or similar roles.
- Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or management teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working in a high ownership environment with ability to operate independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and communication.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in multinational or client facing environments is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
