Role Overview

  • We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of high quality talent across corporate, technical, operational, and specialist functions.
  • This role offers exposure to executive search, talent mapping, and the recruitment of professional and mid to senior level talent, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in Talent Acquisition.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and assessing candidates, building long term talent networks, developing meaningful relationships with professionals across various industries, and supporting critical hiring requirements through proactive sourcing and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment activities for assigned vacancies across corporate, technical, operational, and specialist functions.
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, direct search, and market mapping techniques.
  • Conduct candidate screening, qualification discussions, and competency based assessments to evaluate suitability against role requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support hiring for professional, specialist, and management level positions through targeted sourcing and executive search methodologies.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for critical and hard to fill positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior professionals, industry contacts, passive talent pools, and leadership level candidates to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Develop and leverage talent networks through proactive market engagement, relationship management, and candidate networking initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning needs, and candidate expectations.
  • Coordinate interview processes and support hiring decisions through structured candidate evaluations and recommendations.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor mapping to support recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate identification capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of executive search, talent mapping, and market research methodologies.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong communication, networking, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate suitability against technical, behavioral, and business requirements.
  • Ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships with candidates across different levels of seniority.
  • Strong networking and candidate engagement capability.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Sourcing.
  • Exposure to hiring professional, specialist, executive, or management level positions is highly preferred.
  • Experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, talent pipeline development, and candidate engagement.
  • Ambitious and career driven individual looking to build a long term career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong interest in executive search, talent mapping, and strategic hiring.
  • Passionate about identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent.
  • Curious, proactive, and persistent in sourcing hard to find candidates.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, leadership level talent, and passive candidates in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Strong relationship building capability with the confidence to develop and maintain long term talent networks.
  • Energetic, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Professional, mature, and confident in representing the organisation during candidate and stakeholder interactions.
