- Operate and maintain CDU systems and associated cooling infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, temperature control, and operational efficiency
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve system failures and performance issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and client SLAs
- Coordinate with operations, vendors, and OEMs for system support
- Maintain logs, reports, and maintenance records
- Support audits, inspections, and critical incident management
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in data centre operations or critical cooling systems
- Strong knowledge of CDU systems, HVAC, and chilled water systems
- Experience in mission critical or high availability environments preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle critical operational scenarios
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Role Overview
- The CDU Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and performance of Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) systems within mission critical environments.
- The role focuses on maintaining system availability, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimizing downtime risks.
- This position requires strong technical expertise, proactive monitoring, and strict adherence to operational and safety standards to support uninterrupted operations.
