About the Role
EFS Facilities Services seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth in fire protection and life safety solutions. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire protection and life safety market
- Generate leads, conduct client visits, and build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Promote fire safety solutions including fire alarm systems, fire fighting systems, fire suppression systems, emergency systems, and related maintenance services
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and sales documentation in coordination with internal teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, contract finalisation, and handover
- Maintain regular follow ups with existing and potential clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and market updates
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, opportunities, and performance reports
Requirements
- 3 6 years of sales/business development experience in fire protection, fire & life safety, MEP, FM, or building services industry
- Proven experience selling fire safety products, systems, maintenance contracts, or technical solutions
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems such as fire alarm, fire fighting, fire suppression, and life safety solutions
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, developers, and end users
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Role Overview

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development within the fire protection, fire & life safety, MEP, FM, or building services industry.

- Self motivated with a proactive approach towards lead generation and business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales tracking tools.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical certifications or knowledge related to fire protection systems will be an added advantage.
