About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day landscape maintenance operations across assigned sites
- Ensure upkeep of lawns, plants, trees, shrubs, and softscape areas in line with required standards
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and optimisation of water usage
- Supervise landscape teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure adherence to horticulture practices, plant care, fertilisation, pruning, and pest control
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain site aesthetics, health of vegetation, and overall quality
- Coordinate with procurement teams for required materials, plants, and consumables
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, water management policies, and environmental guidelines
- Maintain records, reports, schedules, and maintenance logs for landscape operations
- Support mobilization, audits, and client inspections across landscape services
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance sustainability, efficiency, and cost optimisation
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture within FM, infrastructure, or large scale developments
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape maintenance practices
- Experience managing landscape teams and coordinating site activities
- Ability to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure service quality
- Knowledge of water efficiency and sustainable landscaping practices preferred
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to work in outdoor, site based environments
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field

Role Overview

What We’re Looking For
