Role Overview
A partner company is seeking a Technical Lead - Business Automation & AI Development based in India.
The role will build a technology and automation practice that turns complex business processes into practical digital solutions.
The position combines hands-on engineering, software architecture, automation, and AI-assisted development.
The role includes shaping development standards, building a team, and mentoring future engineers as the practice grows.
Accountabilities
- Design and oversee custom business applications, including CRM platforms, project management tools, data integration layers, and operational software.
- Translate business processes, documentation, video walkthroughs, and requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Lead AI-assisted development using platforms such as Replit Agent/Builder while maintaining architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions and determine when manual refinement or redesign is needed.
- Design integrations for client requests, project lifecycles, and data handoffs into legacy systems.
- Improve operational efficiency without requiring disruptive replacement of established infrastructure.
- Maintain application availability, reliability, and performance through infrastructure management, monitoring, and quality assurance.
