Job Description

  • TAM (Technical Account Manager) preferably Arabic speaking.
  • 8 10 years of experience in cyber security selling Mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of selling Managed Security Services (MSS) – strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to successfully engage with C Suite strongly preferred.
  • Preferably with OT experience.
  • Bilingual Arabic speaker, fluent in English Mandatory.
  • Good enterprise customer connect Mandatory.
  • Experience in 3 tier selling model through channel – Preferred.
  • Flexible to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Good understanding of government buying processes – strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for selling managed security services.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their security challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to key decision makers.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to finalize terms and conditions, pricing, and SLAs.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Deep understanding of managed security services, including SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
  • Strong technical acumen to articulate complex security concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
