Job Overview

  • The Pre Sales Engineer will drive technical sales engagements for HPE Networking solutions, aligning customer requirements with business outcomes.
  • The role involves solution positioning, technical consulting, demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), partner enablement, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • Support the Pre Sales function for HPE Networking (Procurve) across GCCL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical pre sales support for HPE Networking solutions.
  • Work with sales teams to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops.
  • Design and execute PoCs and solution evaluations.
  • Support partners and customers with product expertise and technical guidance.
  • Develop solution proposals and address technical and competitive objections.
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Contribute to pipeline growth and achievement of sales objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of pre sales experience in HPE Networking or similar enterprise networking technologies.
  • Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Experience conducting demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs.
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player with a customer focused mindset.
