Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and provide comprehensive onsite support for enterprise storage devices, including NetApp, Dell Data Domain, Hitachi VSP midrange series, and Huawei Oceanstor Dorado
- Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of rack and chassis servers from top vendors, including DELL PowerEdge, HPE Proliant, Fujitsu, IBM, and Huawei
- Install, configure, and manage virtualization services including VMware, Hyper V (including HA cluster and replication design), Huawei DCS, and Nutanix multi cloud infrastructure
- Design, install, and administer Windows Server Operating Systems ranging from 2008 to 2022
- Manage Active Directory (including design, restructuring, and migrations), DHCP, DNS, WDS, RAID, Group Policy, FSRM, DFS, IIS, RDS, and RRAS
- Troubleshoot network problems and handle the installation and basic configuration of firewall devices such as FortiGate, SonicWall, and Sophos
- Configure and manage enterprise backup applications, including Acronis Backup, Symantec Backup Exec, ARC Serve, and Huawei Oceanprotect backup appliances
- Administer Windows client environments (Windows 7 through 11), Mac OS X, and perform basic installation and configuration of Linux systems (Redhat 5/6/7 and Ubuntu)
- Configure iSCSI initiators, MPIO, Windows Storage Spaces, and manage NTFS/file folder level security concepts
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in IT hardware, storage, and networking support
- A Diploma in Computer Hardware Maintenance or a related technical degree
- Certifications such as Netapp Service Engineer, Hitachi VSP Midrange Family Installation, HCIP Storage, Dell Specialist (PowerEdge), or Nutanix Certified Professional are highly preferred
- Prior official training from vendors like Dell, Huawei, Hitachi, or NetApp is a strong advantage
- Must possess a valid Dubai driving license

Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems and Storage Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands on experience in providing comprehensive support for storage, servers, firewalls, and enterprise networking environments.
- This role requires strong multi domain knowledge and expertise in managing complex, enterprise level hardware and virtualization platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Storage Infrastructure: Install, configure, and provide comprehensive onsite support for enterprise storage devices, including NetApp, Dell Data Domain, Hitachi VSP midrange series, and Huawei Oceanstor Dorado.
- Server Management: Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of rack and chassis servers from top vendors, including DELL PowerEdge, HPE Proliant, Fujitsu, IBM, and Huawei.

Qualifications & Requirements
