Job Purpose

  • To provide support for effective management and delivery of Supply Operations Division services by managing product demand planning, Enterprise Risk management, HSSE compliance, Internal / External audits, ISO certification, Business continuity, Contract management, fleet monitoring and management,

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee preparation and implementation of weekly, monthly and quarterly product demand plans based on sales estimates and stock levels.
  • Manage the preparation of OPEX budget of Supply Operations Department, track actual expenses versus budgeted.
  • Manage preparation of CAPEX budget for Supply Operations Division and monitor progress and expenses on projects.
  • Manage the process of ISO and quality audit for entire Supply Operations Division.
  • Oversee the policies, procedures and SOP’s are updated as per the requirement.
  • Oversee compliance to Internal / external audits by ensuring timely closure of the recommended action.
  • Manage development of RFPs and RFQs for contracts relevant to Supply Operations Division.
  • Ensure Supply Operation contracts are up to date and evaluate performance of the contractors.
  • Manage the development of report on ADNOC and 3rd party vehicle utilization, number of trips, breakdown and unplanned stoppages.
  • Manage monitoring and tracking performance of third party vehicles, leased contractors including safety violation, fleet utilization, vehicle breakdown and accidents.
  • Oversee registration of new vehicles and fleets, mobilization of gate passes for drivers.
  • Oversee the organization and delivery of training to Supply Operations Department employees.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in Supply Operations Division in Oil and Gas Industry, including 3 4 years at managerial level.
  • Sound knowledge of Terminal Operations, Contract Management, Performance Management, Good Financial Understanding.
  • Project Management
