- Oversee a team responsible for advising clients on company formation, residency and visa services, and business setup solutions across UAE and KSA
- Manage and coach team members, set targets, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative culture
- Drive sales activities including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Coordinate with internal legal, HR, and operations teams
- Stay current on relevant regulations and maintain CRM records

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Team Lead – Corporate & Residency Services (UAE/KSA) – Sales – Business Set Up role based in Dubai.
- The Team Lead will oversee a team advising clients on company formation, residency and visa services, and business setup solutions across UAE and KSA.
- The role includes managing and coaching team members, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- The Team Lead will actively drive sales activities including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing business.
- Day to day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, staying current on regulations, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to process improvement.
