- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in high rise or large scale construction projects, preferably within the GCC region
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and planning software (e.g., CAD tools, project planning software)

Role Description
- The Heavy Equipment Lifting & Logistics Engineer – Highrise Contracting role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing lifting operations and heavy equipment logistics for high rise construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.
- Day to day tasks include designing lifting plans, selecting appropriate cranes and equipment, and overseeing site logistics for material movement and storage.
- The engineer collaborates closely with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to align lifting schedules with construction milestones and supply chain timelines.
- The role also involves monitoring equipment performance, managing risk assessments, preparing technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in lifting and logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, assess risks, and optimize lifting and logistics operations.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Engineering and Supply Chain Management skills to plan equipment movement, material flow, and site logistics for high rise projects.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Procurement skills to coordinate resources, manage vendors, and ensure timely availability of heavy equipment and materials.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
