- Draft and manage legally compliant employment contracts, HR policies, warning letters, termination letters, and settlement agreements.
- Provide expert guidance on UAE and KSA labour law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Design and deliver GCC labour law training for internal stakeholders.
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle documentation and maintain audit ready HR records.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives for the internal workforce.
- Drive HR process improvements using AI tools, HRIS platforms, and HR technology.
- Monitor HR compliance across the GCC and coordinate with in country partners.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong hands on knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law
- Experience drafting employment documentation and managing HR operations
- CIPD Level 5+, SHRM CP, or equivalent HR qualification preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms and AI powered HR tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Overview
- We’re Hiring | HR Generalist – UAE | Dubai
- Auxilium is looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a strategic generalist role supporting our internal UAE workforce while ensuring compliant HR operations for external employees across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage legally compliant employment contracts, HR policies, warning letters, termination letters, and settlement agreements.
- Provide expert guidance on UAE and KSA labour law, employee relations, and HR best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 5–6+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong hands on knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law is essential.
- Knowledge of Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman labour laws is highly desirable.
- Experience drafting employment documentation and managing HR operations.
- CIPD Level 5+, SHRM CP, or an equivalent HR qualification is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and AI powered HR tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within an Employer of Record, EOR, or on demand labour supply environment will be an added advantage.
