About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Manager / Sales Manager for our manpower solutions division. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German or Russian and have strong B2B sales experience in recruitment or staffing.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and international markets
- Sell manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions to corporate clients
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and closing
- Develop market entry and growth strategies for German and Russian speaking client segments
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or workforce solutions sales
- Strong B2B business development and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German or Russian is mandatory
- Existing client network in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Target driven, commercially focused, and capable of working independently

Compensation
- Pay: AED1,350.17 AED10,887.41 per month
