Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients for HR consulting, EOR, payroll, and recruitment services
- Conduct discovery calls, prepare and present tailored proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Track sales performance, analyze lead conversion metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
- Build strong, long term client relationships and represent Auxilium's brand in a professional, consultative manner
Requirements
- Strong sales skills including inbound lead management, consultative selling, and deal closing in HR consulting or recruitment industry
- Excellent communication skills including client facing interaction, presentation abilities, and professional business writing
- Robust analytical skills and analytics capabilities to interpret sales data and track conversion rates
- Effective project management skills to coordinate multi stakeholder sales processes
- Proven experience in HR consulting, Employer of Record services, recruitment, or related workforce solutions within the GCC region
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Relevant bachelor's degree in business, HR, marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of GCC labor laws, international payroll, and cross border employment practices is an advantage
