About the Role
Auxilium seeks an experienced Team Leader to head the Corporate & Residency Services Division in Dubai. This delivery-focused leadership role manages a team of specialists handling company incorporation, post-incorporation services, and residency solutions across UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of specialists responsible for selling, processing and delivery of corporate and residency services.
- Set clear performance expectations, manage workloads, and ensure the team delivers accurate, compliant, and timely outcomes for clients.
- Establish and manage OKRs to monitor team performance and service delivery standards.
- Provide hands on coaching, mentorship, and structured development to build team capability and expertise.
- Use data and reporting to identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and keep senior leadership informed on divisional performance.
- Own and oversee the end to end delivery of company incorporation services for clients across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or non standard incorporation cases.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities, free zone authorities, and third party service providers.
- Oversee the delivery of post incorporation services including tax registration, accounting, HR advisory, PRO services, and payroll.
- Oversee the processing and delivery of UAE residency solutions including Golden Visas, Remote Work Visas, Investor Visas, and Dependent Visas.
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client profiles and service usage.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and third party service providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operational leadership or team management role within corporate services, company formation, or a related professional services environment in the UAE and/or GCC.
- Deep, hands on knowledge of UAE and Saudi Arabia company incorporation processes, including mainland, free zone, and offshore structures.
- Strong understanding of UAE residency programmes and visa types, including Golden Visas, Remote Work Visas, Investor Visas, and Dependent Visas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop operational teams, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of delivery under pressure.
- Experience overseeing or coordinating post incorporation services such as tax compliance, accounting, HR advisory, PRO services, and payroll.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate with external vendors and government authorities.
- Experience setting and tracking OKRs and using data to improve team and service performance.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to handle complex or escalated cases.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with technology platforms and CRM systems.

- Own and oversee the end to end delivery of company incorporation services for clients across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of incorporation procedures, documentation requirements, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or non standard incorporation cases.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities, free zone authorities, and third party service providers.
- Continuously review and improve incorporation workflows.
Post Incorporation Services
- Oversee the delivery of post incorporation services including tax registration, accounting, HR advisory, PRO services, and payroll.
- Ensure seamless handover and continuity between incorporation and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with internal specialists and approved external vendors.
Residency Services
- Oversee the processing and delivery of UAE residency solutions including Golden Visas, Remote Work Visas, Investor Visas, and Dependent Visas.
- Ensure all residency cases are handled accurately, compliantly, and within expected timelines.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of UAE visa regulations and processing requirements.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex residency cases.
Upselling & Client Development
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client profiles and service usage.
- Coordinate the delivery of upsold services, managing handoff between teams.
- Build strong, trust based relationships with clients to support retention.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and third party service providers.
- Ensure external partners meet agreed service standards and turnaround times.
- Work closely with internal teams including technology, compliance, finance, and business development.
- Contribute to platform and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in an operational leadership or team management role within corporate services, company formation, or related professional services in UAE/GCC.
