Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and operationally strong Team Leader to head the Corporate & Residency Services Division.
  • This is a delivery focused leadership role responsible for managing a team of specialists across Corporate Services and Residency Services.
  • The right candidate will have deep, hands on knowledge of company incorporation processes across UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of specialists responsible for selling, processing and delivery of corporate and residency services.
  • Set clear performance expectations, manage workloads, and ensure the team delivers accurate, compliant, and timely outcomes.
  • Establish and manage OKRs to monitor team performance and service delivery standards.
  • Provide hands on coaching, mentorship, and structured development.
  • Use data and reporting to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and client first service delivery.

Company Incorporation – UAE & Saudi Arabia

  • Own and oversee the end to end delivery of company incorporation services for clients across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain deep, current knowledge of incorporation procedures, documentation requirements, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex or non standard incorporation cases.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities, free zone authorities, and third party service providers.
  • Continuously review and improve incorporation workflows.

Post Incorporation Services

  • Oversee the delivery of post incorporation services including tax registration, accounting, HR advisory, PRO services, and payroll.
  • Ensure seamless handover and continuity between incorporation and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists and approved external vendors.

Residency Services

  • Oversee the processing and delivery of UAE residency solutions including Golden Visas, Remote Work Visas, Investor Visas, and Dependent Visas.
  • Ensure all residency cases are handled accurately, compliantly, and within expected timelines.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of UAE visa regulations and processing requirements.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex residency cases.

Upselling & Client Development

  • Identify upsell opportunities based on client profiles and service usage.
  • Coordinate the delivery of upsold services, managing handoff between teams.
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with clients to support retention.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and third party service providers.
  • Ensure external partners meet agreed service standards and turnaround times.
  • Work closely with internal teams including technology, compliance, finance, and business development.
  • Contribute to platform and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership or team management role within corporate services, company formation, or related professional services in UAE/GCC.
  • Deep, hands on knowledge of UAE and Saudi Arabia company incorporation processes.
  • Strong understanding of UAE residency programmes and visa types.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop operational teams.
  • Experience overseeing post incorporation services.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and government authorities.
  • Experience setting and tracking OKRs.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems.
