Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows

- Ability to interpret and develop Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar modeling role on construction projects
- Fluency in Zulu and good command of English
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards in the GCC region is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for BIM Modelers with a construction background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) who are fluent Zulu speakers.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and update detailed BIM models for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams, resolving design conflicts, and maintaining model standards and documentation.
- Interpret technical drawings, apply relevant building codes, and prepare model based outputs for coordination meetings and site execution.
- Support quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience producing coordinated 3D models.
- Hands on experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in a construction environment, including practical understanding of installation methods.
- Ability to interpret and develop Architecture and Construction Drawings, translating designs into accurate BIM models.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar modeling role on construction projects, with attention to detail and model accuracy.
- Fluency in Zulu and good command of English for effective communication with diverse project teams.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards in the GCC region is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work on site in Dubai, and readiness to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams under project deadlines.
