- Plan, allocate, and supervise daily team tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy, on time delivery, and cost, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure all warehouse activities—including receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control—are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Extract daily reports from WMS and organize data in Excel according to operational requirements.
- Analyse operational data and reports, manage reconciliations, and perform data cleaning to maintain accurate records.
- Support data entry activities and ensure WMS is updated accurately and on time.
- Maintain quality and process standards in accordance with company SOPs, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong working relationships to support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with packing material suppliers and procurement team to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Supervise and lead relocation operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure QHSE and security policies are implemented and maintained.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Education – Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience – 2–4 years of experience in warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Specific Skills – Financial acumen, MS Office skills, Ability to work independently, Communications Skills, Result Oriented, Team Management Skills, Planning and organizing skills.
