- Identify and resolve transport related issues proactively (e.g. documentation, load requirements, or space constraints) to minimise disruptions
- Ensure accurate data entry and financial processing while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding
- Proficient in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, present clearly, and challenge ideas constructively
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following procedures
- Confident and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Skilled in problem solving, data interpretation, and documentation

Overview
- DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Transport in Sydney.
- The position is responsible for arranging and directing the domestic transportation of international shipments of products both inbound and outbound to / from Sydney by compiling, completing and verifying the necessary forms and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Your typical day at DSV
- Deliver a customer first experience by ensuring all deliveries meet customer expectations, timelines, and KPI milestones.
- Plan, prioritise, and coordinate domestic transport movements using the Transport Workbench to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- Manage transport jobs end to end, balancing service excellence with cost efficiency to support profitability.
