About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensuring vehicle is maintained properly and complaints are reported immediately
- Prioritizing deliveries and suggesting improvements to daily route plans
- Reporting damages, excess/shortages during delivery
- Handling customer complaints in a pleasant and non confrontational manner
- Completing trip sheets with all relevant information and handing over to supervisor
- Submitting delivery notes to OCC within 24 hours on delivery
- Complying with HSE requirements
- Supervising distribution assistants and reporting misconduct
- Ensuring traffic regulations are strictly observed
- Performing any other related duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Matriculation or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driving in UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Basic Communication Skills
- Aptitude to Safety
- Good Knowledge of UAE traffic rules and road safety
- Good eyesight at day and night

Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring vehicle is maintained properly and complaints, if any, are reported immediately to the supervisor and the workshop team.
- Prioritizing deliveries and suggesting improvements to the daily route plans.
- Reporting damages, excess / shortages if any, during delivery.
- Handling customer complaints in a pleasant and non confrontational manner and in the agreed method and raise non conformances where necessary.
- Completing the trip sheets with all relevant information and handing it over to the supervisor towards the end of every shift.
- Submitting delivery notes to OCC within 24 hours on delivery.
- Complying with the HSE requirements.
- Supervising the distribution assistants and reporting any misconduct to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensuring that the traffic regulations are strictly always observed while driving on the road and all penalties and fines on account of violation are avoided.
- Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
Qualifications & Characteristics
- Education – Matriculation or Equivalent
- Work Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in driving in UAE
- A Valid UAE Driving License
- Basic Communication Skills
- Aptitude to Safety
- Good Knowledge of UAE traffic rules and road safety
- Good eyesight at day and night.
