Role Overview
Manage and coordinate Talent Management processes and initiatives across the organisation.
Support the Deputy Director – HR in delivering structured Talent Management programmes and outcomes.
The role covers Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Career Pathing, talent identification and UAE National development initiatives.
Strategic and Financial Responsibilities
- Translate HR and Talent Management strategy into annual priorities and initiatives.
- Develop and continuously improve Talent Management processes, frameworks, tools and guidelines.
- Support Talent Review and Succession Planning processes and provide recommendations on critical talent and succession risks.
- Support career pathways, talent development frameworks and UAE National talent development initiatives.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure activities are delivered within approved budgets and resources.
Stakeholder and Operational Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs and business managers to facilitate Talent Reviews and identify succession requirements.
- Guide managers on applying Talent Management processes, tools and guidelines.
