Role Overview
Support the System Assurance Engineer in processing ACCA applications for Dubai Metro.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, external parties and applicants to ensure timely and diligent application processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ACCA applicants to obtain complete application forms and arrange meetings when required.
- Coordinate with Configuration Change Sponsors and stakeholder representatives during ACCA reviews.
- Maintain the Asset Configuration Change Application Register.
- Support ACCA statistics and reporting and identify Change Management process improvements.
- Support implementation of the paperless ACCA process and related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the management system, engineering and maintenance procedures, and work instructions.
- Protect the security and integrity of performance, finance and customer information.
- Complete required training and report accidents, incidents, breaches or potential breaches.
- Perform other duties as directed by relevant engineering and maintenance leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering graduate in Electrical, Civil, Electronics and Communications, Transportation or Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, such as B-Tech or BE.
- Understanding of metro systems.
- Minimum of two years of work experience in the rail or metro industry.
- Fluent English.
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Working knowledge of engineering change management under ISO 10007 is desirable.
- Prior experience in design change management is desirable.
- Experience in document control is desirable.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic or Malayalam is an advantage.
